Construction Process |

|
 Construction is done on site at our Amelia plant. Computer drawings and designs are first discussed between designer and builder.
The builder then begins to construct cabinets from raw lumber and materials. Once construction is completed, the cabinetry moves into the sanding department.
Our sanders are very meticulous as they begin to sand every inch of wood to prepare it for finishing.
After sanding is completed, the finishing department inspects the cabinetry and begins the finishing process.
Our finishes are at least a 6 step process and can be many more depending on the color and look the client has chosen. Once the finishing process is completed, the cabinetry will rest for a minimum period of 24 hours, and then hardware is applied and the completed job is loaded onto the delivery truck.

Installation Process |

 Installation is coordinated with the client, home builder, and other sub contractors to ensure promptness and proper care of everyone's hard work.
Our installers are extremely cautious and careful while entering the client's property. They are very mannerly and agreeable people willing to work with the client, builder, and other sub contractors on site. |
